How do you import your current contacts and leads to the Multifamily Clients software?
Uploading your contact list is an important step to ensuring your database has all of your connections. Importing a list of contacts all at once is the most efficient, effective way to ensure your contacts are organized and contain the best data. This will help you run your business more efficiently and effectively too!
There are 2 ways to add contacts. First, you can simply upload a .csv file with items such as ‘first name’, ‘last name’, ‘email’, ‘phone’, ‘tag’, etc. of the contacts you want to import. By selecting “Import Contacts” you can upload a list of multiple contacts at once, saving time. This is an efficient way to add a large amount of contacts! If correctly tagged, they will automatically organize themselves in your sales pipeline.
Another way to do it is by manually creating a contact. Once you have been using the software for a while, now you may be adding a smaller amount of contacts at one time. You can easily click "Add Contact" and manually add their Name, Email, Phone and other useful information into their profile.
You may also want to export a list of contacts and download them to your computer for a variety of reasons. All you have to do is check the box on the left side of the contact(s) you wish to export or choose select all and click the export logo in the menu.
With the Multifamily Clients software, you have the ability to transport your contacts in between other various systems you may already used. Rest assured, the software can communicate with other platforms so that your data is as useful as possible to you and does not overlap.
